You are responsible to develop functional and flavouring ingredients for meat, poultry and seafood for clients worldwide from lab design to production at the client´s sideYou document the development process and you evaluate the products You provide technical support to the client but also internally Together with marketing you bring trends to new innovations
DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT
- Degree in Food Science and/or practical experience in meat development and/or production
- Good knowledge of product development preferable in the field of ingredients and/or meat and expertise
- Fluent in English
- Open to travel international, communicative, enthusiastic, passionate, entrepreneurial and result oriented
