This new established role is responsible for recreating the rules of the dairy industry to compete through breakthrough innovation. The Director will identify opportunities for product launches in new territories, that leverages the groups strengths and lead convergence innovation across product categories, brandnames and markets. The Director of Dairy Innovation will be responsible for recruiting and building his/her team as the needs of the organization develops.

The client is seeking an innovative marketer with strong experience across the full suite of marketing tools and a focus on innovation and growth. The ideal candidate will bring a clear track of record of achievement in the dairy industry, together with a global perspective. Experience in Dairy is mandatory and a MBA is strongly preferred. The role requires a strong leadership experience, ideally complex organizations across functions, national boarders and cultures.
