You are responsible for the organisation, management and supervision of the operational processes in the ultramodern plant. This entails amongst others:
- Efficient use of existing capacities
- Securing and optimising production processes with respect to quality, costs and efficiency
- Planning and implementing investment and rationalisation measures
- Goal-oriented leadership of employees
DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT
- Dipl.-Ing. (dairy) food technology, dairy master or technician
- Solid experience in business/plant management of a dairy factory with particular emphasis on fresh products
- Marked organisational and leadership skills, capacity for teamwork
- High commitment, flexibility and entrepreneurial thinking
- Systematic and structured work mode
- Good command of English
