Amongst others, different predominantly milk-based dry products are produced that are put to use in the processing industry, but also in the pharmaceutical and chemicals sectors. Due to cost-efficient production and professional advice, our client has earned a good reputation as a supplier.
Through attractive brand concepts, state-of-the-art production facilities and successful entry into new market segments time and again, our client is among the leading groups in the European food industry. In order to realise future-oriented product innovations, the development team in southern Germany is to be strengthened. We are looking for a competent personality (m/f) to fill this newly created position as
IHRE NEUE HERAUSFORDERUNG
You will be responsible for the new development of a product range in the desserts sector starting from the idea up to marketability of the product.
Apart from the development and improvement of recipes in the course of national and international projects, you will work closely with marketing and production.
Systematic analysis of the market and competition will round off your areas of responsibility.
DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT
- Solid knowledge and competence in the fields of food technology / dairy industry, ideally with training as a confectioner
- Several years of experience in the desserts sector
- Skills in innovation and project management as well as the development and optimisation of production processes
- An all-rounder with effective communication skills, persuasive powers and a good command of English
