IHRE NEUE HERAUSFORDERUNG

The role as Product Quality Specialist is a new role intended to focus on key aspects of “external” quality – i.e. suppliers to Mille Food, material used in the company factory and the products delivered from the factory. You will both be developing the systems and frameworks within these areas and at the same time you will deliver on the tasks within the frameworks. This includes:

• Supplier and raw material management
• Evaluation and approval of supplier documentation
• Follow up on supplier performance (and supplier audits)
• New product introduction, product registrations and claims re. EU legislation
• Product specifications, inspection and release strategy
• Follow up on product quality performance
• Shipping and transportation
• Customer complaints

Mille Food is in the process of establishing a new production facility in Roskilde. You will also be the quality support to this project supplying quality guidance and requirements to the equipment and facilities.

The position is going to be based in Roskilde. However you will also need to be present at the site in Hundested (Hundested will be the primary base initially until the facilities in Roskilde are ready).

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT

Besides an academic degree as dairy engineer or similar you have working experience within infant formula, preferably in the fields of product quality, product and production regulation and supplier management. You have a broad experience with quality management and quality control, and it will be a great advantage, if you are a trained and experienced food safety and quality auditor (FSSC 22000 or similar, ISO 9001).

As a person you find it motivating to be part of building something new, and you are both ambitious and goal oriented when it comes to raising the standards. You are good at communicating in a constructive way with different stakeholders and you have a good sense of prioritization.

Proficiency at working level in English is required and Danish proficiency will be an advantage. So will knowledge about Chinese business culture.
