IHRE NEUE HERAUSFORDERUNG
- Responsible for driving beverages product development within the liquid innovation pipeline, identifying and developing the best and safe baby and medical nutrition beverages
- Initiating and executing research into high protein & high calorie beverages and in IP, technologies and regulatory issues
- Development of new recipes and processes, from bench and pilot scale to commercial factory trials, to coordinating of scaling up activities into the state of the art Synlait production facilities
- Participating in and managing shelf life studies for trial and commercial products, including method development
- Managing and building up relevant networks and setting up collaborations in partnerships, both internally and externally with scientific institutes and suppliers of equipment/ technology
- Ensuring food safety in close cooperation with the Quality & Food Safety department
- Working closely together with colleagues from i.e. Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Engineering and Quality and Food Safety
- Reporting to the Technical and Applications Manager
DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food technology, Chemical Engineering/ Technology or equivalent
- Extensive relevant experience in a milk processing and new technology environment; you have a strong understanding of liquid product properties and interations during industrial processing
- Strong project management skills and comfortable working in international project teams and achieving results within set targets, budgets and timeframes
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills, with fluency in English
- Personal skills: analytic, entrepreneurial, self-motivated, autonomous, team player and ‘fun to work with’
